Teen Voices is looking for a female teen journalist to report on the growth of girl/women bike clubs globally. This is a paid, bylined position ($50). The story (800-1,0000 words) will cover why these clubs are important, where they are popping up, why they are popping now, their challenges, their successes, their purpose/goals and the value they bring to their members. Writer will also ask sources for photos. If interested, please email [email protected] with your contact information, two published clips* and a rough reporting plan, detailing the questions you’d ask. Upon hire, Teen Voices will provide a list of story resources/contacts. Deadline: Fri. 4/11 at 5pm(EST). Once hired, the reporter will have 2 weeks to complete assignment. Questions?
