Child And Babysitting Safety (CABS), is an important training program for potential babysitters and parents considering hiring a babysitter. The CABS program provides training in pediatric first aid, household safety, and the fundamentals of childcare. Designed for Kids ages 11 and older, their parents, and parents looking to hire a babysitter, the CABS program can prepare children to interview for a babysitting job, select safe and suitable games and activities, prevent accidents, perform first aid, and begin babysitting safely and competently. Participants will receive a course participation card and forms booklet
ASHI Infant & Child CPR/AED
(Includes Digital Student Guide & Certification Card) COURSE TOPICS – Sudden cardiac arrest & early defibrillation, Cardiovascular Disease, barrier devices, infectious diseases, Basic CPR Skills for child & infant, rescue breaths, recovery position, emergency action steps, AED skills, child, infant choking. This is a certification course and students receive a 2 year certification card.
